Gas Boiler - Installation
Andy's customer service and responsiveness were excellent. We had a new boiler installed to a high standard within three days and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him for future work.

Dan and Andy completely renovated my two-bedroomed flat in N7. It involved my moving out of the property for 4+ months, for most of which I was abroad so I wanted to leave the work in the hands of professionals whom I could trust not only terms of completing the job to a high standard and on budget but also people who were happy to take on some of the aesthetic decisions as well. Finding Atkinson & Clarke was a real godsend. Not only did I feel entirely comfortable leaving them to get on with the job, they kept me up to date with works every step of the way and often offered design solutions over and above the original spec at very reasonable costs that have made the flat even better than I had envisaged. They were flexible in their work approach and very easy to deal with. Their work on solving the damp problem, which was greater than we first anticipated, was first class, offering a ‘belts & braces’ approach but for no greater cost. A relatively new company if there were any areas they felt required outside expert advice they would readily discuss this with me and get expert advice if required, again for no extra cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending them

Great end result, excellent communication and pro-active about dealing with the inevitable unknowns. Even arranged for a cleaner to come round at the end of the job! Have recommended them to friends.

In a word: “faultless”. Andy Clark from AC Plumbing & Heating is friendly, professional and completely trustworthy. He replied to my telephone calls and texts promptly and it was very easy to arrange an appointment with him. He arrived at the agreed time and even phoned ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was tidy and considerate when working. Although it was a simple boiler service, it was very competitively priced and he went the extra mile to solve a problem of my boiler overheating all within the agree price of the service. I would highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed. I was also pleased to learn that another line of his work includes home renovations (remodelling, new kitchen/bathroom etc). We have lots of work we wish to do to our home, and given my own very slow progress with DIY (well according to my girlfriend anyway!!!), we are very tempted to offer him some work as we are sure he would do a good job.
