A person from the company came to the house, looked at the job, promised an estimate. Haven't heardanything since.

No, I quoted you and you turned it down as too expensive and you had somebody else to do the work.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Paul was very punctual and thorough in his work repairing a leaking loft hatch on a top Floor flat. Would recommend.

Paul was an excellent and knowledgable workman who was punctual, pleasant and seemed really competent. The roof looks tons better and the price was really reasonable. I definitely recommend him
