Stay away! Was given a reasonable quote both verbally & in writing. All deadlines were missed. Was told completion would be in 12 days & Lloyd Brown left the job after after 1 month when I refused to pay more than the contracted amount. He collected his tools from my property whilst I was away & has not returned my house keys. Poor quality of work & very slow. Also has very poor work ethic. Would not recommend at any cost. Will be submitting an official complaint. The worst I have dealt with. Job half done!

I have now had to gut out the bathroom due to major damp issues and flooding as Lloyd used normal plasterboards (not waterproof) in the bathroom which were disintegrating in addition to the tiles falling off. The leaks came from his pipework from the toilet/basin/shower and most importantly, he fitted an isolation switch for the electric shower INSIDE the bathroom which is against regulations and did not create a separate shower circuit to the RCD box with its own MCB. Fortunate to have no fatalities!
