Slate & Tiled Roof
Simon came to quote for the damage to the front of our roof. He got up on the ladder to inspect what needed to be done. He also checked other parts of the roof for damage and took photos of the things he had found to show me. Simon completed the work today, it took him longer than first anticipated as the hip tiles were cemented to the roof and he had to angle grind them off. He kept me informed and showed me what the problem was as he was working. He messaged me to let me know his arrival time each day.
Came home from my son's wedding in Poland to find a small leak in the kitchen roof. Simon came out to have a look and easily found where the problem was as well as some cracked roof tiles. He took pictures while on the roof so we could see what he had found. He gave a more than reasonable estimate and came and completed the work a short while later. We weren't here when he came to do the job (so got no tea!) but left nothing out of place and did a very good job. Really pleased with Simon and his team. Kelly
