Very polite and reliable. Turns up when he says he will. Works efficiently and cleans up after himself. Delighted with finished product. Would definitely use again.

He provided a quote and a date, arrived when he said he would and the front steps were renewed within hours. Jim is a very reliable, trustworthy tradesman who does an excellent job. We are very pleased with the results.
