Gilberto did the job quickly and at a good price. Unfortunately my tenants were very upset at the mess he left behind (dust and splashed paint) and when I paid him, he failed to give me any receipt or invoice for the work he did. He has refused to answer his phone, or reply to any texts or emails since doing the work nearly a month ago.

Fabulous! Really good job and very friendly.

Gilberto was friendly and did a reasonably good job. He turned up on time and worked all day non-stop. He offered tips on how best to tackle different problems. My only suggestion for improvement is on being careful with paint splattering. I ended up having to clean up more than I expected.
