PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON THIS TRADES PERSON, after agreeing a price we left things as they were, i had partly demolished the house making everything as easy as possible for them to do the work. once recontacted i was then informed that the flu would cost and extra £150 on top of the agreed price. i done my own home work and got the flu for half as much, after being let down on first day they finally tuned up following week to then say the job was going to cost extra on top of agreed price,i then sent them away

  We quoted for a horizontal flue, but Mr Barlow changed his mind and wanted a vertical flue instead. This is what caused the delay, NOT US. Vertical flues are more expensive and much more complicated to fit. Also, Mr Barlow didn't send us away. WE LEFT!

  PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THIS CUSTOMER SAYS. He promised to have the job prepared before we arrived, but instead he had done nothing. He expected us to supply a large amount of extra materials and labour for nothing. GOOD LUCK Mr Barlow
