Bayhaven is a family building team of three. We specialise in house builds, barn conversions, extensions and renovations. We don't use subcontractors and maintain 100% attendance until job completion. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work.

House Extension
This review is way overdue. Kev, Mick and Dave did a fantastic job of our kitchen extension and garden landscaping. Has really transformed our home. We can not recommend them enough, Kev pointed us in the right direction the whole way through even making suggestions which saved us thousands. He reused materials, which also saved us more money and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for lockdown.

Kevin, Dave & Mick did a fantastic job and we are delighted with our new extension. From start to finish they were extremely reliable and nothing was too much trouble. Their work was first class and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We can honestly say we can’t fault them at all.

Kevin and his two stepsons did a fantastic job, doing all the work themselves (i.e. no subcontractors), offering excellent suggestions when necessary and nothing was too much trouble. They worked tirelessly and efficiently until the project was finished when they left everything clean and tidy. I would absolutely, without any hesitation, recommend this company to anyone, and my husband and I are thrilled with our two extensions. Well done boys, you are amazing!

Kev, Mick and Dave did a superb job. They were totally reliable and excellent craftsmen. We were so impressed with our ensuite extension that we had them back a few months later to replace our decrepit conservatory: another lovely job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again.

I could not rate Kev and his team highly enough. From the first meeting to job completion they have been friendly, helpful, reliable and exactly what we wanted to manage and deliver our 2 story extension project. I was really worried looking for a tradesman that was unknown to us for such a large and expensive job but Kev put our minds to rest and gained our trust in no time. Genuinely a fabulous bloke and amazing worker. You WILL NOT do better than Bayhaven!
