Brad rang and arranged to visit so that he could quote for the job. He climbed his ladder took some photos of the area of roof that needed repair and then we discussed a schedule of work and what the cost would be. He left and said he would phone me at the end of the week to see if we had decided to go with his quote. Brad phoned a couple of days later and we arranged a date and time for work to be done. He was on time and when finished emailed and text me photos of repair. No mess was left below work area.
