Excellent communication. Very prompt and courteous - contacted me via text and email, and when we spoke on the phone Ben filled me with confidence that he could tackle the job and think around it if necessary. He even got additional materials for me to complete the job using his own initiative. Will definitely use Ben again. He stripped out the housing of an integrated fridge freezer, then installed a new freestanding one.
