Job completed ahead of time but in the rush to get done workmanship and aesthetics deteriorated. Also was persuaded two rails were sufficient so went ahead without middle rail now fence suffering from warping issues with slats.

Skirting Board Installation
Started with skirting boards x 3 bedrooms but put in shelves in 4 cupboards, sanded the staorcase ready for painting and laid a laminate floor in the kitchen. He said 3 days and it was 3 days, he said how much and the jobs are all done as required. Great work and he'll be back to do my decking soon.
Scott done a few upgrades to our unit including CCTV with facial recognition and ANPR, Outdoor security lights, Brand new smart security locks with intercom, additional sockets and motion activated lights.
