WARNING - WARNING - WARNING - WARNING This company run by Doug Rose were employed to do a bathroom refit, Doug Rose has taken the £2,625.00 deposit that I paid him - The start date was a week ago and he has gone off grid, no response to telephone, text email whatsoever since I raised my concerns. LOOKS LIKE I HAVE BEEN S#AMMED!! BEWARE!!

I am unable to edit my previous review:- It Appears that Doug was in Hospital and was unable to communicate, he is now on the job and has started bathroom the strip out.

I highly recommend this business,the professionalism,workmanship & skill exceeds excellence.Dough gave me good advice when i was purchasing the products for my bathroom & was punctual & always left my room clean & tidy.I will definitely be having him to renew my toilet & tiling along with tiling my kitchen floor after xmas.Dough has given me my perfect designer bathroom

Doug was very professional and courteous. He came out on a Saturday and repaired three leaks and fitted a new toilet. He did a good job and left the area neat and tidy.

Doug was very professional and courteous. He came out on a Saturday and repaired three leaks and fitted a new toilet. He did a good job and left the area neat and tidy.
Doug, replaced bathroom vanity unit, changed rad for new towel rail and fitted lvt flooring, he encountered a few unforseen problems not of his making and efficiently overcame the issues without fuss, we are very happy with the finished job and Doug is polite tidy hard worker.
