Reliable - arrived exactly as arranged to quote and complete the job . Gave advice clearly and went the extra mile to locate a special bracket to achieve what I wanted doing. Kept me informed all the way. Price was in range expected (based on callouts to other tradesmen) and kept within my budget. Happy to use again.

Bill is a dedicated experienced worker,willing to give sound advice.I strongly recommend him. Don't forget that if you engage him for a small job, he needs to charge you a minimum amount to cover his time and travelling expenses.

Bill got here very quick, did what I asked of him, very polite, BUT charged me £50 for just replacing a fuse wire. However I did get him to change a plug socket at same time, because I thought he was charging too much for such a small job. I believe £25 would have been better for such a very small amount of work.
