The job consisted of the Renewal of two Lead roof valleys and the Lead Chimney Flashing including front and Side Apron The job was carried out both very efficiently and Professionally. Very polite and courteous, Malcolm explained exactly what he was going to do without any patronising or flannel and he did what he said he would, a really good job.He completed the job when he said he would, finished on time and left no mess. I am very pleased with the result and would definately employ him again.

  Less than 12 months on I am very dissatisfied with the work that has been done. The plastic roof is leaking and cracked in several places and strips of it have just blown off. The drainpipe at the front of the house has blown off and despite numerous promises from Malcolm that he will return and replace the plastic roof with something more durable, every time he has failed to turn up.

  I would not recommend this roofer at present because I feel that having paid good money for the roof to be repaired less than a year ago, I shouldn't be in a position where I am probably going to have to redo the work myself or my family will have to endure another winter with a leaky roof. Also Malcolm has repeatedly promised to redo the roof and failed to turn up.

  I would just like to say this client had an insurance backed warranty for the roof works unfortunately high winds caused the damage as well as other property's in the same area which was beyond my controll we done other additional works after with no problems

  The wind is the wind surely roofers know about the wind. We asked you to come back over and over as we have a guarantee but although you said you had the materials ready on the van you never came back. Our roof is leaking and it's only been done for just over a year. What should we do?
