1. Jack of all trade, and master of none. 2. Competitive quote eventually turn into a hefty bill. 3. Gets really rude, defensive and blames the customer when confronted. 4. Too often finds himself "biting more than he can chew". 5. His calculations are always off and his estimates end up being unachievable. 6. Never run out of excuses for not showing up. 7. If you are very meticulous and like a very good finish, please avoid Blucity Ltd. 8. Uses inexperienced labourers that leave destruction in their wake.

You won't find nicer tradesmen than Ed and his team. They are very respectful in your home and work very hard. I am impressed with how Ed thought out the work he was going to do and came up with solutions to problems that arose. I will definitely use him again for any building projects. We are really happy with his work.
Internal Painting & Decorating
The job itself was good, but the contractor was a bit unreliable in terms of timing, deadlines and warranty (did not turn up to fix something wrongly fitted by himself). Good pricing.
Home Improvements
Hired this Trades person for a total refurbishment on 3 bed house, whole house skimmed including some new walls and ceilings - the quality of the work is very poor, grooves, lines and bumps everywhere, holes too big for the sockets and switches. Most of the new electrics do not work and old cable left live without being made safe. Atrocious plumbing, pipes blocked with plaster, new bath and shower damaged, tiling uneven, missing floorboards, new gloss paintwork has noticeable dust particles and drips etc,
