This tradesman's? standard of work is appalling & I can only assume his Rated People reviews are false. We had no option but to dismiss him after he ruined our lounge. The numerous faults eg. large gaps above bay window, uneven walls, plastering abysmal. His cleaning up was non-existent & left my home in a disgraceful mess, cement and plaster covering our wooden floor & doors. We had to hack off all his work and start again! This has cost us dearly, not to mention the stress. RATED PEOPLE? I DONT THINK SO!

Not the best finish even tough he was asked to change the error, it wes just left.
Damp Proofing
Very reliable, turned up bang on time, job took less time than first anticipated and final cost was 14% less than the original quote. Would definitely use again because of honesty and reliability. Job was a damp proofing course in my hallway and front room
Home Improvements
Very hard worker, did the job well too. Maybee took longer than first planned but was very good value overall and freindly too. I've recomended his services to relatives and am having him back to do some tiling. thank you.
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
The work did take longer than anticipated, but as far as price,quality and tidiness following each shift, politeness and basically a very nice honest, trusworthy chap. I gave a tip (for a builder!) following completion. As he did a very good job. Reliability has only 4 stars not 5 ( cause his van broke down on one day), perhaps he ought to increase his rates and buy a new van - LOL - basically great quality job at a very , very good price.
