I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.
CCTV Installation
Although the work Bradley started was good he has not been back to finish it even though I paid him up front for the equipment needed. I have tried to contact him and he doesn’t respond to calls or messages- very disappointing
Smoke Alarm - Installation
We were given a price and the job turned out to be very easy. He slid the existing smoke alarms off and replaced them with new ones. He didn’t check they worked. No electrical expertise required. We felt the cost was excessive for this service. He was polite and respectful.
