We had 3 plumbers to try and locate the issue. This guy took the time and rectified the issue with no trouble at all. Highly Recommend!

Gas Boiler - Installation
Extremely poor! Boiler fix rang me and spoke to me at length in order to understand my requirements which appeared encouraging. Thereafter I had to chase for return communication and despite assurances of visiting my tenanted property and access being organised followed by several attempts by me to chase up via email and phone I never heard anything from them again with over 2 weeks of my time wasted! Completely unreliable and would not recommend!

Thanks for the review Julie. I'm a little disappointed you couldn't give us 5 stars though. we attended really quickly because of your situation (no heating or hot water) and quickly identified the issue (New fan needed) and sourced a new part, picked it up & fitted it on the day for you. can I ask, what could we of done more to get a 5 star rating?
