Jack was quick to contact me when I placed the job. I promised to phone him as soon as I was in a position to get home at a reasonable time to meet him, which I did. We arranged a day for him to visit; he said he'd phone me the day before to confirm, but he didn't. He admitted he'd forgotten, was busy, & suggested I send him photos? I e-mailed him 10 May to say I didn't mind waiting for the work to be done but could he come and measure/price so I could accurately budget; to date he hasn't even replied.

My new rating for Jack is not based on completion of the work, but rather to prevent him losing any other work on the basis of my previous review. To date the work has not been done; however Jack has made contact to explain why he was unable to reply to me, and is now able to view/quote for the project, so I don't want to damage his reputation unfairly.
Fitted Bedrooms / Wardrobes
Jack came round the same day I put the job on the site to measure up. I received a very competitve quote the next day and he completed the job in 2 days. The first day he arrived at 0745 and didn't leave till after 6pm. He built fitted cupboards out of MDF to my specific design allowing for hanging space, work station, shelves and cupboards. During the job we changed a couple of things and Jack was more than eager to adapt the design to what we wanted. I would highly recommend Jack and will use him again.
Bespoke Furniture
Jack was super to work with very helpful and diligent. He was patient and took the time to understand the brief which is so important with bespoke builds. He also has great attention to detail. He tries to find workable solutions within budget which is much appreciated. I would have no hesitation to hire him again even though he's a QPR fan! You can't have everything I guess.
