Phoned to discuss job and advise me of standard price whether single roof tile or several. Agreed to come late afternoon to fit in with shift worker living in house. Did the job quickly and actually found 2 tiles needing attention. Gave advice re rest of roof and chimney. Welcome change to find a tradesman who prefers payment by bank transfer instead of cash! Price possibly a bit steep but I was told in advance and it was worth it to have job done quickly.
