Slate & Tiled Roof
Never came back to finish job despite arranging 4 appointments. Still owe me money for work paid for but not completed. The work completed was fine, hence the one star. Would avoid at all cost.

Came to house and looked at job - said they would send a quote but that was three weeks ago

Hi Derek, I appreciate the quote took longer than expected and I have apologised. I was awaiting on a price for the correct materials to use from the supplier. I don't think it merits a 2 star review especially when no work was carried out. Thanks, Paul

Thanks Paul, here is how I see it from a customers perspective. I waited over two weeks for an estimate and had to chase. You said you were off sick and immediately sent me an estimate for £395 . I costed the parts and they were around £70 so you were charging £325 for labour. I reckoned it was a 2hr job and have since had work done and just under 2hrs at a total cost of £190. So in my simple head you were charging £160/hour for labour versus £60/hour . Just tell customers the truth if job too small
