Solid Wood Flooring
Brady laid 23 sq metres of solid oak flooring and fitted 45 metres of skirting in two rooms and a hallway. In addition to this he advised and where necessary helped me fit my kitchen – though this was not part of the remit. I have done a full renovation on an 80 year old house and have used several trade persons. Brady is without doubt, and by far, the best tradesman I have ever employed! Where shall I start… 1. Punctual – even when we have had the heavy snow fall this year. 2. Professional and polite manner – never complained about anything, and I mean anything! He simply got on with the job quietly. 3. Hard working – he never stopped working and went on into the evening if the situation required it. 4. Helpful – helped me out with information and guidance on how to do my tasks around the renovation. He is clearly multi-talented. 5. Very fair with his pricing. He shopped around for the materials and saved me a lot of money. He also passed the goods on at the trade-price he got them for! 6. A meticulous carpenter, his work is perfect. 7. Clean - He would not leave on an evening without cleaning any mess first. I would recommend Brady to anyone without a hesitation. He is the only one in several trade persons which I could put my unequivocal recommendation behind. They are a very nice couple and im glad that i chose to quote on their job. Bob is a straight guy who will do what he says and is prompt with payment. If anyone is thinking about doing work for him, you should allthough you would have to beat me to it. I have enjoyed working on his property and i cant say this about all. I would like to think of him as a new friend.

Brady contacted me and we arranged a fee and a date that was suitable to both of us. He was polite and worked very hard. Brady did an excellent job of putting together my bedroom units and hanging a large photo in my front room. I would highly recommend Brady to anyone wanting any joinery jobs done.
