Duncan is a really nice person but unfortunately my bathroom door come of its hinges again 6 months later so I will need to pay again for it to be fixed. He did a fab job on the crack in the ceiling though.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
I liked Duncan, and got on well with him, but I was honestly disappointed that his fix for my leaky shower failed 22 months later, but moreso because he ignored all four of my emails requesting for him to complete the original job (ceiling painting), and also one informing him of the fault and asking him to assess the issue. I was always polite and respectful to Duncan in person and emails, hence my disappointment about his refusal to reply to me or honour his commitments.
Laminate Flooring
Great work by Duncan. Explained the possible methods that can be used and if any additional costs were to be required, this was made fully clear prior to starting the work. Left the work area clean and tidy after completion. Would highly recommend.

Duncan put in a fireplace for me. He did a great job and was nice to deal with. I’d use him again for other work in the future.
