Karen did a magnificent job with the limited equipment supplied by Braedale. She was dedicated, efficient, friendly and obliging. Four stars rather than five for quality is a direct reflection on Braedales lack of industrial equipment, an obvious requirement of a professional cleaning company. Well done again to Karen.
