Prompt response and good, clear, practical advice offered from Eric who was clearly experienced. Also suitable timescale to carry out work. Need to leave for another week or so before I can paint and see the finished effect, but so far so good - would definitely recommend.

Since making my earlier review, I have now painted my ceiling and the finish is even better than expected!
