Did a decent job cleared the garden as required but filled the wrong bin with garden waste and left some items outside the property that should of been taken away

Excellent job done in super-efficient time, area left clean and tidy after the job.
Tree Surgery / Consultancy
The tree surgeon responded promptly and removed two storm-damaged trees for £400, completing the work efficiently and on the same day. However, the cleanup could have been more thorough, and the tree stumps were left in place, which was a little disappointing. Overall, we appreciate the quick response and service, but there’s some room for improvement.

Hi Victoria it's Brian from BM tree and garden services just to let you know that I'm 25 years a tree surgeon so how could there be room for improvement i only charge you for removing the fallen tree not the stump if you wanted the stump removing you sound have said so but it would have been a different price and i did remove all waste from your garden there might have been a few leaves blowing about but as you know it's the time of year for that sorry you have tha impression of me and my work
Garden Maintenance
My garden is very overgrown. Brian came and we quickly came to an agreement within my budget. I am thrilled with the work done. My garden is already looking 100 percent better. Brian and team mowed two lawns, cut back overgrown shrubs and bushes and removed some small trees. Also did some work on larger trees. Weeded several borders and cleared everything away and tidied up. I have arranged for them to come back in 3/4 weeks to do some more work for me. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you
