We are an experienced, professional independent Building and Joinery Company based in Durham, who have been operating as a Limited Company for 5 years. We work with many homeowners and businesses throughout County Durham and the North East area.
The business is owned and managed by two females who have extensive construction background knowledge and experience.
We have put together a small team of equally knowledgeable and experienced tradesmen who are approachable, helpful and respectful.
We undertake all kinds of building, joinery and painting and decoration work and are involved in all sizes of projects from kitchen or bathroom fitting to larger building projects.
As well as getting a lot of repeat business from previously satisfied customers, we also get lots of positive comments on the way our tradesmen conduct themselves in their homes and businesses.

After refusing to let Buildologie back again as I wasn't happy with the unit they charged £1100 for, I was offered a 50% 'take it or leave it' refund. The director ignored my repeated requests to see the mess first hand, which speaks volumes. The professional who just came to put the job right was gobsmacked at the poor workmanship, cheap materials (his words) used & nearly fell over when I told him how much they charged.He's going to try & salvage what he can but we'll probably end up starting from scratch

Just to add to this, they had already been back twice to resolve issues & the second time was 4-5 hours trying to stop the drawers from sticking. 30 mins after they left they were sticking again. Just wish I could post pictures of the finished article here ??

Wooden Staircases
Came to measure up etc for a quote. Heard nothing for a week. Sent an e mail asking for update. Didn’t bother to reply to my e mail. Phoned them a couple of weeks after that, just as I was curious as to why they didn’t want my business. I was told the carpenter had left the business. What about the decorators quote? What about responding to my e mail? I was asked if I wanted another quote doing!! Erm no thank you, enough time wasted. Can’t believe businesses are throwing away opportunities like that.

Hello Steve I can only apologise for the poor service you received from us. I have had internal staffing problems which have now been resolved.
