I had to hire another person to redo the sink area which cosmetically is quite messy. I requested refund from Claudio to cover this. Claudio called me and started arguing blaming me for providing rubbish materials. if it was rubbish why did he agree to use them in the first place? He also claims that this was not included in the price, which is a surprise to me. Seems to argue with anyone who does not like his job. Read the negative reviews from others. Very unpleasant experience.

From the many referral I received from Rated People, I chose Claudiu from Bulhac Buildings Ltd to carry my bathroom refurbishment. Claudiu is a very pleasant and hard working tradesman who completed our bathroom to an excellent standard. Claudiu's finish of work and attend to detail is brilliant and I would have no hesitation to recommend him to others. In fact Claudiu is currently carrying out a bathroom refurbishment at my daughter's house.
