I found this person stressed me out with over information. Someone needs to talk him through customer handling and proper assessment procedures

This customer changed the job specifications on the day I turned up to start the job. I found several unforseen problems, one of which was very serious. The customer declined to have this serious problem fixed so as a responsible electrician I had to decline to change his fuseboard and issued a potentially dangerous notice. I am sorry the customer found it stressful but sometimes we do come across unforseen problems
