this customer has not contacted us about any of the above problems ? we offer a twelve month guarantee, all associated waste was removed from the property and any rubbish under the floor was from the removal of the wall between toilet and bathroom which was carried out by Mr Seddon there was a problem with the plumbing system which we could not foresee because we did not have access to the system as the bed blocked access and we were assured the tanks were in the loft

this had no effect on the quality of the work quoted for. payment was made in two stages and no complaint have been received this rating bears no resemblance to our other rating and is all sour grapes.
Bathroom Installation
Brian and his son installed a new bathroom for us Jan 2016. We found Brian to be helpful from the process of getting the quote to completion of the job. He offered sound advice around us buying the bathroom suite/flooring and tiles. They both did a great job and we are very pleased with the finished bathroom; which was also completed at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend them.

over a week has passed and had several other quotes. This guy came out but couldn't seemingly be bothered...seemed quite dispondant really.

Bathroom Installation
I've had a bathroom and kitchen installed with B.V. Cook. The bathroom was first they did a fantastic job with my own design my rating for that job was 5 star. I later embarked on a new kitchen again my own design which B.V Cook quoted a very competitive price, it was finished yesterday again a top class job, it looks fantastic top marks.
