Clean up not as tidy as I would have expected, price a little on high side for time it took job. Didn't bother to backfill area worked on, left gaps between paving slabs, infilled area between slabs and path with concrete instead of using mono block or off cuts of slabs. Hard workers, materials delivered on time, main job done well. Would use again but be present for work being carried out.

Fault developed with cement at infilled area. Contacted builder by email three working days ago. Builder has not responded. I should change the rating to 3 stars.

Builder has now responded and assures me that the snagging problems will be fixed next week. I am glad that he has been in touch as I don't like giving negative feedback, but as I rely on other people's feedback feel it only fair to be as honest as possible without malice. ****Four Stars ****

Barry turned up when he said he would, did a very tidy, professional job and kept to the fair price we agreed up front. He texted me a couple of pictures of the finished job (nice touch, that) and we did our bit by paying promptly! I'd be happy to use / recommend Barry for future building work.
