Wooden Doors - Internal
Colin supplied and fitted 2 French doors to our lounge. There was also an agreement to supply and fit a matching door to the dining room. The quality of the French doors was of good value.Unfortunately Colin was not very reliable at all and after many promises of completion, this was done and paid for to include the lounge door not yet fitted. After some weeks, the lounge door had still not been fitted and the French door snib was not satisfactory Would not recommend for reliability at all. Friendly enough.

Unfortunately Colin cannot be recommended for reliability at all. Despite fitting 2 French doors to our lounge, these did not operate satisfactorily, with the snib being poorly fitted and the doors not aligned correctly, despite his attempts to sort. The promised installation of a dining room door never materialised due to many "issues" on the part of Colin. A refund of the price paid for the door was requested, and I now have to employ another joiner to rectify the work done and paid for. Not recommended

Floor Sanding & Finishing
This was my first time using Rated People and I struck gold. I wanted a floor sanding. Colin quoted over the 'phone when I gave him the dimensions. He arrived when he said he would. He finished two hours before he said he would. He did an excellent job. He was extremely competitive price-wise. He cleaned up after himself. He even advised me on what wax to use on the floor. Totally charming and a pleasure to meet. I HIGHLY recommend him. Thanks Colin!
