I had asked to Cliff to install a pre-bought wireless burglar alarm. We agreed a price for the job and when Cliff arrived install he honestly advised me that I needed an alternative alarm system from elsewhere to better suit the unusual layout of my house. I appreciated his honest advice as he faced the prospect of losing money on the work agreed. Throughout, I have found Cliff to be knowledgeable reasonable and punctual.
