This was the only response we had to our Job on rated people.He contacted us and arranged to come out and give us a quote.He said he would be here late morning (to me that is around 10-11am?)However at 1 o'clock I text to confirm times, he said he was on his way.It was nearly 2 hours later that he arrived.The quote he gave was over £100 more than we had been quoted by a local plasterer.On his way out he asked if we could pretend he didn't have an chance to quote us so he could get his fee back!! bit cheeky?

  Yes Sorry I was running late traffic was a nightmare. As for the price it was within the budget that you quoted.

Chris was the only one to quote for a job at relatively short notice. His price was very good, and he could make the required dates. Job was skimming Artex ceilings in 3 areas - nicely done, looks good, even better now that I've painted. Would definitely use him again. Cleaned up after himself, good conversation, nice anecdotes...

The job was to take off existing render and re-render a large gable wall. I struggled to find anyone in the Sheffield area willing to do this job. Chris contacted me, a price was agreed and the job was done in a very organised way to the original budget. Since having the work done many people have commented on what a difference it has made to the exterior of the house and what an excellent job Chris and Josh did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or ask them to do more work in the future. Mark
