Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Seemed professional and above board until after they were paid and i repeatdly asked for the electrical installation testing certificate. No sight or sound of them since then. Very dissapointed. Safety first. Will now have to contact council myself and incur further cost of getting the work tested for safety.

For peace of mind the electrical safety installation certificate ensures the safety of any electrical work done on your property and is a legal requirement under the regulations. I had a shower and spotlights fitted and the spotlights are now going brighter on their own without me even touching the switch. Also asked them to come back and look at the shower screen but since asking for the certificate via phone calls, text messages and email, and they have not come back to look at that either.

The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

Really helpful guy that assessed the problem, went the extra mile in checking a few other things whilst he was here and fixed the problem quickly
