The engineer contacted me via email and text the next day I posted the job. He gave me a competitive quote over the phone and was available to do the work within the week and is also available at weekends. Although he turned up one hour late the engineer kept me informed via text. He brought some extra material that was unexpectedly needed and also did another job on the day I asked him to do. The work was completed fast and professional and the workman left the 'scene' tidy. He is one of the most cheerful tradesmen I came across and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
Gas and Oil-Fired Boiler
Straightforward problem with boiler was diagnosed quickly and fixed efficiently with replacement part the next day, no nasty surprises with costs. Overall I was pretty satisfied.
