The subfloor was not put down correctly and isn't completely flat in my doorway between rooms. Actually there is a very small area that is missing subfloor altogether, so this causes the flooring to sink in everytime we walk in and out of the room. It's has now cracked in this area. The flooring is only a couple of months old and we now need to have to purchase new floor and have it fitted correctly. I've messaged Rey on this platform and called and txt his personal number but have had no reply. Shocking.
Door / Window Painting
Remus turned up on time to look at the work needed. It was completed on time to the agreed price. He is professional, courteous, kept us informed and paid particular attention to neighbours' plants. I would be willing to show prospective customers the work he did.
