I've given Carl 5 stars, though due to no fault of his own his was unable to do anywork. He arrived promptly and inspected the work we were told was needed and discovered we had been misinformed. He had a wasted journey but refused recompense for his time and travel costs. I was very impressed as a less honest tradesman could easily have charged us. Will definately use him when I DO need some electrical work done and would recommend him as a reliable, polite & trustworthy individual
