Very pleased with service provided by Carl. He communicated well and in a relaxed manner, he attended the property to provide a quote and discuss options, then showed me quite openly how his pricing was worked out and we set a date for the work to be done. Carl completed the job (replacing 4 electric heaters) at estimated time efficiently and made sure I was happy with his work before leaving. I will certainly use him again.
