Approachable, flexible. A bit of misunderstanding of some minor thing probably due to my English. Price is not cheap but worth the quality of the job. Overall it is good

Ollie called within 10 minutes of me posting the job. He called round that same day and gave us a quote within 2 days. He has just completed the work, he was very efficient, did a thorough job and always cleared up afterwards. I would recommend carpets 2000 to anyone
