Electric Boiler - Installation
They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.

The water heater didn't break, you broke it. If you had operated the appliance as instructed, (one of your staff even put the instructions on the wall) then it wouldn't have broke. Thats why the manufacturer won't cover the parts. If you buy a car then crash it an hour later do you go back to the showroom and ask for another one free.

Bathroom, Kitchen and WC Plumbing
Excellent service. Cameron and his partner were very friendly, courteous and more importantly informative. The guys arrived within an hour of initial contact and completed replacement of bath mixer / shower tap without any problems. I was asked to inspect and test the tap on completion of the job. I was offered honest and good advice regards a small leak emanating from my shower unit. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks guys.
