DO NOT USE CLAUDIU FLORIN DRAGHICI OR E.V.E GENERAL BUILDERS LTD ESSEX. We employed Claudiu to carry out the full renovation of our property. He did not: - complete the project - was over paid and did not return the money - no receipts provided for any work (circa £40k project) - poor and defective workmanship - abandoned project, not compliant with H&S regulations - other trades engaged to fix his work after he abandoned project - 6w turned in 5m project WILL NEVER RECOMMEND

In addition Claudiu Florin Draghic did not: - manage the project and is very disorganised - initial time estimate for project was 6w and it turned into 5months. Considerable costs to us. - Claudiu's warranty is useless. He says 12months but doesn't come back to correct defects. - significant faulty issues with Claudius Florin Draghici work.

Claudiu and his guys worked very hard to complete the project. He is professional and honest and I would have no hesitancy in recommending him to others for most types of work. I am pleased with the outcome of a near total refurbishment project on a flat.
