Charlie came over to drill some drainage holes in the walls of some tall flower beds and to fix an area of trellis. The job turned out to be much less straightforward than anticipated but he got the job done and didn't charge extra. Very polite, professional and efficient. Thank you Charlie!

Acceptable work but he didn't clean the windows after he used putty and there were smears on the glass where he'd been working. He apologised but didn't feel it was worth his while travelling back to clean them.
