Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
Wooden Doors - External
I was impressed by Graham professionalism and his attention to detail. He provide a quote within 1 week and then completed the project within a month of submitting the quote. Both the fence and gate were built within 1 day and the quality of the finish was excellent.If you looking for quality craftsmanship then look no further Graham Cheslett.
Plaster Skimming
Graham has been great. He completed a number of jobs for us - plastering a small bedroom and entrance porche, decorating our lounge, fixing and hanging curtains, boxing in exposed pipes in boiler, replacing kitchen cupboard/drawers fronts to high standard, and fixing/replacing internal doors. He's been very reliable and ready to help with any work, so we would highly recommend him.

Laminate Flooring
Graham's communications were fantastic. A date was agreed and it was stuck too. The price quoted was one of the most reasonable we had been quoted and the final cost was nearly spot on. Graham did the flooring to our exact specifications removing the skirting boards and putting the floor under to make it look like the wooden laminate had always been there and not added after, a to quality finish. A local guy who I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
