never showed because we never arranged a time and date to carry out repairs...however offered mr butcher loads of advice on telephone without actually seeing the job.i ask myself why did the three plumbers who tried to rectify the work and coundnt not return to the job..obviously not to his satisfaction, perhaps i should have charged him.....

I believe you stated you would try to attend AM on Fri 01/05/15 and at 8:30 am informed you couldn't. On Tues 05/05/15 we talked again, you stated you were 'intrigued' and would try to attend PM Wed 06/05/15. when seeking confirmation, you again cancelled

A prompt response and thoroughly professional service. They gave excellent advice and talked me through all the options I had in order to correct the problem. The work was carried out and I am very happy with the results. They are more fairly priced than other heating services I have used and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
