Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. We now wish we that we had engaged someone else.

  This job was started on April 2016 and was successfully completed by the mid of August 2016.This project was completed 7 years ago and the Client’s were fully satisfied. In case of any issues we always look after all our clients but I am really sorry to say that during past 7 years Mrs Divya or Mr Jones never reported us any problem / issues related to the work done by us but they preferred to make negative comments after 7 years of completion of the project which shouldn’t be considered as a fair comment

Loft Conversion

Civicon have recently completed our loft conversion, ground floor extension and full internal refurb. We are delighted with the end result which has been completed to a high quality finish. I've never seen such a hard working and skilled Team. The 17 week project was completed 4 weeks early and the Team were flexible offering a number of really helpful ideas along the way. I would highly recommend Civicon and will use them for any future work without hesitation.

Turned up on time for a site visit. Promised to offer a quote in 7 days. Had to call twice and emailed 3 times. Eventually managed to get hold of him and was promised a quote. Few days later still nothing. Not very professional .

Mr Ali was professional, his builders and tradesmen were hard-working and tidy with excellent commitment to project. All necessary trades supplied from start to finish. Project duration somewhat elongated due to complexities in achieving roofline for bespoke gable-end feature windows and bi-folding doors, but they saw it through and we now have a stunning kitchen/diner along with utility room and shower/wc. Would recommend for similar work.
