Connor and his colleague kept me informed per arrival time, which was great. Job done quickly (needed to go get new LED fitting as per my thoughts) and was back in 10 minutes. Took no money off me at that point. When back, job took 10 more minutes and was completed. I am so happy after struggling with dark kitchen for so long. Friendly guys and efficient. Guys are local to me, so if I need anything else they will be who I deal with. 5*
