Domestic House Cleaning: One Off
It's a pity I can't give zero - Julie is nothing more than TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. We booked in advance for a simple clean, making clear the need for this to be done as we were to return keys to our rental agency. Julie simply didn't turn up, ignoring multiple phone calls and emails until later that afternoon she eventually replied with an "I'm ill, sorry" email. This isn't good enough, leaving me with having to do a last minute clean and now hoping that the agency doesn't penalise us. AVOID!

I apologise Hannah, unfortunately we all become ill at some time, if I was at all able to I'd have been there...I do apologise, its not that I'm unreliable, I was physically unable to clean that day.

I completely appreciate that people are sometimes ill and unable to complete work. What I believe is unacceptable and unprofessional is not having the decency to inform the people hiring you that you won't be turning up until over 3 hours after you were due.

Julie was the first company to contact us within only a few minutes of putting the job online and she was also the cheapest quote we received out of three. Julie was also available to complete a large job at very short notice. Communication was excellent and she did an incredibly thorough job, we were really impressed and have now recommended her to our family and friends. We would definitely use Julie's services again.
