Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Ashley did a terrible job and the gutter repaired by him early this May started to leak again only two weeks after he carried out the work. I reported the issue and asked him to come back and fix it. He never turned up though he promised to me twice that he would re-visit the property and fix the leaking gutter ASAP. Based on my terrible experience with Ashley, I strong recommend that you never use his service as it is poor workmanship, money & time waster, unreliable and terrible customer services.

Your Guttering Was Leaking On All Four Joints Gutter was cut short rubber seals perished I did seal them but told you it may not last long and you needed new Guttering

Ashley, Well noted of your response 5 months after you repaired the leaking gutter joints. The jounts you did the repair in May leaked again the first week after you carried out the job. You texted and promised me twice to re-visit the property and fix it, but never turned up. If you are serious about my bad experience as a customer, please let me know whether you are prepared to redo a new front gutters and give me the cost estimate.

Obviously the previous cost of £75 I paid in May shall be deducted from the new bill. If the quality of your work is satisfactory, then I' ll consider a withdrawal of my previous rating and give you a reasonable customer review. Thanks Jun

Ashley was really helpful and was quick in getting the job done. He was happy to help and give advice without adding to the total price which was a very good price aswell for what we needed doing. I would definitely recommend him to others.

External Wall Painting
My elderly mum took a liking to Ashley straight away as he took time to explain everything he was going to do and the options available. She said she felt confident because he had a plan. Ashley is a really nice, kind hearted guy, giving mum a lift into town and supplying a new key at no extra cost. Ashley’s staff were friendly and respectful and a credit to him. So glad we used Ashley, he really got on well with mum and did a cracking job. So yes no hesitation recommending Ashley and his team.
