I am a carpenter and tiler, now working on my own, with over 30 years experience. I am happy to do any household job however I specialise in laminate floors, tiling, hanging doors and changing locks.Prefer work in Bristol and Swindon.No job is too small.

Laminate Flooring
I was very happy with Mark, he's done a great job with the flooring and tiling all for a reasonable cost. He was punctual every day and got the job finished in good time. I've asked him to come back to do a few more jobs in a few weeks time.

Wall Tiling
Mark agreed to tile my bathroom and do some carpentry work. The weekend before he was meant to start he ignored all my attempts to contact him by email, phone, voicemail and text. He then hung up when I got through on a different number. He left me completely stranded with my bathroom and Im now unable to finish my bathroom. Totally unacceptable, rude and unethical. I would NOT recomend this guy to anyone. Not how a reputable firm operates.

I turned up on time on the agreed date to start the work, to be told that the plumber hadn't finished his work in the bathroom. The customer asked me to come back in an hour, which I did, several hours later, still same situation. The plumber walked off job, nothing done. Next day I called to be told she had to get another plumber. Weeks later she still wasnt ready and I had already committed to other customers, which i wouldn't let down. I lost a weeks work and material costs due to her time wasting unfair
Laminate Flooring
Mark made sure I got exactly what I wanted and talked me through different options and prices. He's friendly, his communication is clear and he worked tidily and efficiently. He is a tradesman who will 'go the extra mile' to make sure a customer is happy. Will definitely use him again. Really pleased. Thanks Mark.

Wooden Sash Window
Mark did 4 great jobs in 3 days all to a great standard. Great communication and a tidy operator. Couldn't ask for more.
